Why this chapter matters.

The founder chapter that explains everything after it: I've sat on the buying side of contracts, run delivery teams, and shipped a proprietary CRM with an integrated email-marketing system — so I build growth systems like an operator, not a vendor.

What I built & ran
  • Structured and led three technical departments (mobile, desktop, web) for 6+ years
  • Interim Head of Web: delivery management, architecture, code reviews, on-time releases
  • Owned contracts, onboarding, requirement scoping, budgets, milestones and team KPIs
  • Handled all client relationships: proposals, meetings, transparent reporting, post-delivery support
  • Built a proprietary CRM with integrated email marketing for SMBs: segmentation, campaign triggers, reporting dashboards
  • Shipped self-sponsored tools and packaged software; later ran Aroko's own SEO, content and performance marketing
