I built the store and the engine that sold from it: the website, the product feeds, the campaigns and the analysis loop — one connected commerce system instead of separate vendors.
What I built & ran
- Google Ads across Search, Display, Catalog, Smart and Local campaigns plus Facebook Ads
- Google Merchant Center: feed setup, rules and product optimization for shopping visibility and CTR
- Google Analytics and Yandex analysis: goals, heatmaps, session recordings, continuous improvement
- Developed alexandergardi.com end to end: payments, cargo gateways, product variation logic, live chat, speed and UX
- E-commerce operations: product data, sales campaigns (e.g. "Buy 2, Get 3"), photo retouching, merchandising
- Omnichannel strategy with personas, KPIs, content calendars; launched Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
